Mark Weaver, Marketing
Mark Weaver serves as the Marketing Manager for
Advanced Ecology, Ltd. and is responsible for all
sales, marketing and presentations of AEL and it's
services. He has a 20-year background in commercial
real estate, both in independent brokerage as well
as corporate real estate asset management.
Mark attended and graduated from Baylor University
in Waco, Texas in 1985 with a Bachelors of Business
Administration degree with a major in Management
and Marketing. He as obtained two important real
estate designations as well: the CCIM designation
for expertise in commercial real estate and the
ALC designation for expertise in farm and land
properties. He obtained his real estate license
in 1984 and still maintains his Texas Brokers License.
In 2002, he also obtained his Colorado Brokers
license to practice real estate brokerage in that
state.
Mark has worked in almost all phases
of commercial real estate: raw land; retail site
selection, development, leasing and management;
office leasing; industrial leasing and management;
corporate site selection, leasing and management;
asset acquisition and disposition; and corporate
real estate asset management. As an independent
broker, he assisted national clients such as McDonald's,
Golden Corral, Ultramar Shamrock, Blockbuster Video,
Wal-Mart and Brookshire Brothers Grocery in their
site selection or leasing activity. He was awarded
the "Broker of the Year" for
McDonald's in 1995 by the New Orleans and Houston
divisions. Consequently, Mark has strong market
knowledge of the most populous cities and regions
of both Texas and Louisiana and can now add to
that knowledge of the "front range" cities
in Colorado. In dealing with these large national
corporations, he developed a keen eye for their
requirements and was at ease in dealing with the
myriad of conditions in their various transactions.

Also while working for the Brookshire Brothers
Grocery chain and handling all their real estate
asset matters, he had extensive dealings with Environmental
Site Assessments. During the company's involved
18-month ESOP process, Mark was called upon to
initiate, process, review and approve over 100
environmental site assessments. During his 6 years
with Brookshire Brothers he dealt with over 150
ESA's.
Mark and his wife, Mary Jean, have been married
for 16 years and they have 3 children. He currently
lives in Woodland Park, Colorado, a small town
just west of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
