Chris Adams, Forestry Operations Manager
Chris joined Advanced Ecology, Ltd. in September of 2002 and currently serves as the Forestry Operations Manager. Chris has approximately 6 years as a professional forester to his credit. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management.

Upon graduation, Chris began his professional career in Conroe, Texas working with a forestry consulting firm. Chris also had a short stint with the Texas Cooperative Extension Service where he worked closely with private landowners, forest industry personnel and professional foresters as the lead in establishing educational forestry programs at both the state and national level.

Through his professional experiences, both during and prior to joining AEL, Chris has gained extensive knowledge in numerous aspects of natural resource management for both the private and public sector. His position with AEL consists of managing over 100,000 acres of private forestland, implementing large-scale natural resource inventories, working closely with forest landowners to develop detailed forest management, harvesting and reforestation plans, as well as silvicultural prescriptions.

Chris is currently a candidate member of The Association of Consulting Foresters, a member of the Texas Forestry Association, serves as volunteer Tree Farm Inspector for the ATFA and is a Quality Vegetation Management Certified Advisor.

Chris and his wife Susan have been married for 6 years and currently reside in Henderson, Texas.
