Silva-Tech/South, Inc. is a professional reforestation
and forestry herbicide application company headquartered
in Center Texas. Since its inception in 1989, STS has
evolved into one of the largest ground applicators
of forestry herbicides in the Ark-La-Tex region. Annually,
Silva-Tech/South applies herbicide to approximately
15,000 to 25,000 acres of industrially and privately
owned lands, and reforests nearly 2,000 acres of privately
owned lands. Silva-Tech/South also provides mulching
services on approximately 1,500 acres a year for real
estate and forest management purposes, as well as a
variety of other vegetation management projects.
Silva-Tech/South, Inc. offers a variety of services
in order to help landowners meet their forest/wildlife
management objectives. Services include herbicide
application, reforestation, mulching, forestland fertilizations
and town ant control.
